I agree with you, but I think the authors of these types of books HAVE to be a bit idealistic and overstate their points.

I see a book like this as a starting point, something to get you thinking about what is possible and whether accepted practices are actually the best way of doing things.

I think the basic concept makes sense but that the authors overstate their point. Certain roles have always been judged only on results, such as commissioned salespeople. The reality though is that many jobs require face to face interaction and teamwork that requires people to keep some sort of schedule.

Hey my frrrriend, I was going over old email and found one with a link to www.chrishiggins.in so I decided to take a look. I must admit I'm impressed with this e-book, it is clear and straight to the subject, I can tell you have done your homework researching authors and business cases. I also like that you give examples from companies in several countries and point the importance of understanding the culture of each. Keep up the good work!

Interesting comparison of data.

2012 was no doubt a bad film, but it was a good spectacle which may be why people wanted to see it on the big screen. It was a huge theatrical hit in India especially in the dubbed versions.

BTW I saw Rock N Rolla in India, but I guess it was on a limited release as it earned only $9000 in India according to BoxOfficeMojo - http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?page=intl&id=rocknrolla.htm Its surprising to see it is so highly downloaded though.
